Private Jimmy T. was a minor character in the film Saving Private Ryan. He was a paratrooper under command of Staff Sergeant Hill.
He was the Neuville paratroopers' second radioman. He was ordered to go look for Captain Fred Hamill, and when he asked Hill where it was, Hill chatised him, calling him a moron. He then returned with Captain Hamill and a Lieutenant, and helped mow down a group of Germans with his Thompson, on Hill and the rest of squads defense,
